We do not collect payment information directly through this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics software on this site.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our contact form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry or project request
• Communicate details related to services you have contracted with us
• Send operational messages (invoices, project updates, deliverable reviews)

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Processors

Our contact form is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form relay service. Submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms' servers before being delivered to us. Web3Forms operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it at web3forms.com if you have concerns about how your submission is handled in transit.

Beyond Web3Forms, no other third-party services receive your personal data through this website.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and client communications are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of receipt, or for the duration of an active engagement plus one year, whichever is longer. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

If you are an active client, we retain records as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and comply with applicable US recordkeeping requirements.

Security

We employ reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Website Development Services

• Scope of Work. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are defined in a written proposal or service agreement provided before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope constitutes a change order and will be scoped and billed separately.
• Client Responsibilities. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content (copy, images, brand assets, credentials, and approvals) by mutually agreed deadlines. Delays in providing required materials will shift project timelines proportionally, and Wilza LLC shall not be held liable for resulting delays.
• Revisions. Each project phase includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds beyond this limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate, which will be disclosed in the service agreement.
• Intellectual Property. Upon receipt of final payment in full, the Client receives full ownership of the completed website deliverables. Prior to final payment, all work product remains the property of Wilza LLC. Wilza LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
• Third-Party Platforms. Wilza LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies, domain registrars, or CMS platforms.
• Hosting & Maintenance. Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and post-launch support are not included in a standard website development engagement unless explicitly outlined in a separate maintenance agreement.

Social Media Management Services

• Content Approval. Wilza LLC will prepare and submit a content calendar for Client approval prior to publishing. The Client has forty-eight (48) hours to review and approve or request changes. If no response is received within 48 hours, content is considered approved for scheduling.
• Account Ownership. The Client retains full ownership of their social media accounts and all published content. Wilza LLC operates as a service provider with delegated access only.
• Account Access. The Client agrees not to revoke Wilza LLC's access to managed accounts without providing at least thirty (30) days' written notice. Abrupt access revocation may result in service disruption for which Wilza LLC bears no responsibility.
• Performance Expectations. Wilza LLC does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to follower counts, engagement rates, reach, impressions, or revenue outcomes. Social media platform algorithms are beyond our control and may materially affect performance metrics. All performance data provided is for reporting and strategic purposes only.
• Termination. Either party may terminate a social media management engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Work completed and services rendered during the notice period remain billable.

Payment Terms

• All invoices are due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date unless a different schedule is specified in the service agreement.
• Projects and active services may be paused for accounts with overdue balances. Wilza LLC will provide written notice before pausing work.
• Deposits, milestone payments, and retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced on the associated phase, except where expressly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wilza LLC's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Wilza LLC in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Wilza LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wilza LLC and its principals, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) Client-provided content, (b) the Client's violation of any third-party rights or platform policies, or (c) any misrepresentation by the Client.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party in writing. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

Wilza LLC may update these Terms at any time. Active clients will be notified via email at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

No Guarantee of Results

All services provided by Wilza LLC are performed with professional care and strategic intent. However, Wilza LLC makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, website traffic levels, search engine rankings, or social media growth metrics. Results vary based on industry, market conditions, content quality, client participation, platform changes, and factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platform Changes

Social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter) may change their algorithms, advertising policies, API access, or terms of service at any time without notice. Wilza LLC is not responsible for any degradation in performance or loss of features resulting from such platform changes.

Similarly, third-party tools, hosting providers, and technology platforms used in delivering website development services may alter their functionality or pricing. Wilza LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material impacts to affected clients promptly.
